REPORT ON PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY FOR TEAMS

The Team Psychological Safety Report assesses the team's level of psychological safety by means of a simple anonymous survey. The report highlights which of the 7 elements that make up team psychological safety are the team's strengths, and which present the greatest opportunities for improvement. The 7 elements areappreciation, mutual support, problem management, asking for help,acceptance of diversity, interpersonal risk-taking and reaction to errors. Where relevant, the report also compares the team to other teams where the tool has been applied. The report provides insights into how your team behaves towards each other, and enables the team leader to immediately start working on team development.

It's proven that once teams work on these issues, their performance and well-being improve, enabling them to meet challenges such as doing more with less, adapting quickly to unforeseen circumstances, and constantly improving and innovating. There is less turnover and fewer burnouts.

EVERYTHING DISC

I choose to be a certified practitioner Everything DiSC because it's a research-backed, scientifically validated tool. This tool has Cronbach's alpha coefficients above 0.85, indicating high internal consistency and reliability. They have also conducted multiple validation studies to ensure the tool's accuracy and applicability in different professional contexts.

Unlike other personality tests (such as the MBTI, which focuses on broader personality types), the DiSC is directly applicable to workplace dynamics, focusing on communication, teamwork and leadership development. It provides specific behavioral information that can be immediately applied to improve collaboration. Everything DiSC also uses adaptive testing, meaning it adjusts questions in real time based on previous responses. This provides greater precision than traditional DiSC models and other personality tools.

THEDIVERSITY FRESCO

The Diversity Fresco is an essential first step in raising teams' awareness of inclusion and psychological safety issues. Before concrete solutions can be implemented, it is crucial to understand the mechanisms of discrimination and the dynamics of diversity within organizations. This 3-hour collaborative workshop, based on collective intelligence, enables participants to become aware of biases, inequalities and possible levers for action. By establishing a common language and opening up a safe space for exchange, the Fresque paves the way for in-depth collective reflection and the co-construction of solutions adapted to each context. Available in French and English, it is the starting point for a more inclusive and equitable working environment.

MEDIATION

Mediation is a structured process that enables conflicting parties to express themselves in a neutral and confidential setting, and work together to find lasting solutions. By intervening before tensions become irreversible, it fosters calmer working relationships and reduces conflict-related stress.

How does mediation work?

  • Individual exchange - Each party first meets with the mediator to express its point of view in complete confidentiality.
  • Joint meeting - A supervised dialogue is set up to clarify tensions and identify everyone's needs.
  • Finding solutions - Together, the parties work out concrete agreements to restore a constructive working relationship.
  • Conclusion and follow-up - An action plan can be defined to ensure implementation of the commitments made.

Mediation is a fast and effective approach, generally resolving conflicts in just one day. Confidential, it guarantees that nothing said can be used outside the mediation framework. Voluntary, it relies on the commitment of the parties, who remain fully involved in the search for solutions. Finally, it is fair, with the mediator playing a facilitating role without imposing decisions, in order to encourage constructive and peaceful dialogue. Mediation can be adapted to many situations: conflicts between colleagues or teams, tensions linked to restructuring, complaints of harassment or discrimination, reintegration after a prolonged absence, and much more.
