Brief: 2 DiSC workshops to help support and talent acquisition teams adapt to different working styles within and between teams, specifically improving the ability to give constructive feedback to managers.
Outcome: A fun and useful experience for the teams, who become aware of the different styles of their colleagues. Concrete action plans were drawn up to implement new learning. Follow-up one month later.

Projects: Videoconference workshops – healthy teams, managing multicultural teams, team resilience, building trust
Client: Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Participants: More than 150 French and Indian professionals working in multinational companies
Brief: A series of quarterly online workshops on how to create and maintain healthy teams. The workshops were open to members of the IFCCI. I led this collaborative project with the help of three professional coaching colleagues.
Outcome: We received a lot of positive feedback from the participants and this series helped us win a major contract with a law firm in India. We set up an online programme for 60 lawyers to help them build trust with their team members and clients. The project was a success, with an 86% satisfaction rate. We also published an article in the IFCCI journal HR Conclave on maintaining healthy teams..
