Project: Internationalisation workshops
Date: 2021 to present
Client: Université Paris Est Créteil
Participants: Groups of around 10 employees for each series (so far, around 100 people have been trained)
Language: English

Brief: Helping employees take advantage of the benefits and overcome the challenges of internationalisation. Learn how to build trust and develop solid relationships with international colleagues in a professional context.

Outcome: Ameliore has been working with UPEC staff for the past two years, offering online and face-to-face workshops. These are fun, interactive moments where employees come together to share experiences and learn from each other. They challenge their own way of thinking by engaging in intercultural activities.

Feedback: “Kay was very dynamic and motivating. I was always eager to participate in the course, even if I had to travel, and at the end I had a lot of energy and the desire to improve, learn more and apply it to my work. What’s more, she is able to create great human relationships, not only with the students, but also with each other, and invites everyone to participate in a pleasant environment where you don’t feel judged”. Marta, 2023

“I think UPEC should work more with Ameliore to optimise the expected result with as many of its employees as possible, to be really in tune with internationalisation”. Andry, 2023

“I took part in intercultural workshops run by Kay and it was an enriching experience. We had the opportunity to discuss multiculturalism from a number of angles and, above all, we were able to talk freely in English without judgement. We were listened to attentively. I would do it again and highly recommend it! Narimen 2022
